Our titanium waterbottle cages are specifially designed to reduce bottle loss through excessive flex and the titanium material offers a cleaner grip with no marring.
This is not a random open mold design that many brands are selling with their logo laser etched on them.. We use specific diameter and wall thickness Grade 9 tubing and then we spec'd a slightly thicker base plate for longer life.
The mounting plate is slotted so that you can dial in the location.
The tubing and base plate are finely brushed instead of bead blasted...why would we spend more money just to finish a bottle cage? Because bead blasting cannot be 'touched up' with a Scotchbrite pad. Marring and scratches will always stand out on a bead blasted finish and cannot be blended back to almost new. Like all our designs, we make choices to enhance the long term appearance and durability of Turner products.
