  • CUSTOM TI TUBESET

The Cyclosys Ti frame is built from double-butted top, down, and seat tubes paired with single-butted chainstays. The stays taper into a massive bottom bracket junction for maximum stiffness, while the custom-shaped seat tube reinforces power transfer right where it matters most.

  • PRECISION ENGINEERING

A CNC-machined, size-specific tapered head tube is internally relieved to shed weight without sacrificing strength. The large-junction threaded T47x68mm bottom bracket adds stiffness where you put power down, while 3D-printed dropouts integrate a Universal Derailleur Hanger and 160mm flat-mount caliper bolts.

  • MOUNTING & COMPATIBILITY

The Cyclosys Ti comes ready for adventure with three welded bottle mounts on the seat tube, down tube, and under-downtube. Secure top-tube bosses make it easy to run a top-tube style bag, while stealth threaded mounts in the rear triangle give you the option for full-coverage fenders without compromising the frame’s clean lines.

  • PREMIUM FINISHING

The Cyclosys Ti keeps its look sharp and easy to maintain with a matte-polished finish that can be refreshed anytime with a Scotch-Brite pad. Etched graphics give the frame a long-lasting, corrosion-proof style, while a bolt-on head badge and full stainless hardware complete the build with a clean, durable touch.

Perfect geo, Perfect compliance on small bumps. I have about 800 miles on my Cyclosys since June and I can't be happier. I mated it with a Rudy 30mm and have been riding a TON of single track on it as well as gravel, and pavement. Absolutely impressive how it eats up small bumps.... super fast in all environments. Most of all it is a Mountain Bikers gravel bike! Thanks Dave!

Cyclosys Ti, I’m impressed

I rode and raced my Turner Cyclosys this past weekend up at Grinduro . . . and I’m impressed! I only have my previous OPEN Up to compare it to (which the OPEN is definitely more closely related to road bike geo). The Turner is what I was looking for - slightly slacker, slightly longer, slightly taller stack. My most fun gravel days are ripping mountain fire roads and searching out flowy singletrack, underbiking a bit. This frame delivered. Stable, but not sluggish. So much fun! Have always been curious about Ti and happy to put more miles on this rig. Dave is an excellent communicator with any question or detail!

Cyclosys Ti

I haven't gotten it built yet. but the geo and clearance is spot on as I would only expect from a DT pedigree. Super excited to start ripping it next week. Dave answers the phone and communication is outstanding. Customer service through the roof. I've been off and on Turner Bikes for 25 years! Im sure this one will not disappoint. DT is a mtb legend.
