Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking number when your order has shipped. 

International Shipping


All international complete bike & frameset orders must be placed via email. We will give you an individualized quote on shipping charges depending on your location. 

We use BikeFlights to ship frames/bikes Internationally. Turner Bikes will add the cost of your Customs duties, taxes and fees to your frame invoice. BikeFlights will then pre pay your countries duties/taxes and fees before you new Turner Bike leaves here.  UPS then moves your new Turner from our warehouse directly to your house, not stopping in your countries Customs Division. Turner is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes and fee charges and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@turnerbikes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
