VENN: Do Everything All Terrain Bike

Hi, this is not a complete bike for $2600, but the beautifully made titanium frame. The photos of the complete bikes are for inspiration!

The Venn is super capable when the going gets rough, as it will fit up to 29x3" tires and a 120-130mm suspension fork. Featuring UDH and T-type compatibility, tapered head tube, double butted top and down tube and tapered / butted chainstays. The full lower yoke is 3D printed with integrated bridge and cable guides. Custom designed slider dropouts are CNC'd out of G5 titanium with a massive 25mm of travel allowing more geometry tuning and tire clearance options than anything.

The geometry is perfect for trail riding, bike packing, gnar gravel, whatever.  The versatile Venn combines new-school innovation with an old-school twist with full external cables for easy maintenance and geometry that is not quite long, not too low and just right head angle.

Like the Venn diagram, the Venn from Turner Bike is a confluence of ideas. If the longer, lower slacker geometry revolution is not working for you, but you know improvements have been made over the last 20 years,,, the Venn is the intersection of geometric ideas that will offer the performance improvement you have been looking for.

The Venn is considerably more adventurous than any of the Turner Bikes and is so equipped with a suite of threaded inserts welded into the frame in all the right places. Oh, and lets not overlook the FULL external cable routing, just what you need if repairs are needed way out past the edge of phone reception!

For the Venn rider using gears the slider allows for a broken drive train to be turned into a single speed so you can skip the long walk home! Sliders also allow a lot of adjustments to tire size, slid all the way back it will take 29x3" tire!

Features

CUSTOM SHAPED TITANIUM TUBESET

Subtle shaping at the lower end of the Down Tube to the spread load over the BB shell and a dramatically flared Seat Tube both increase lateral rigidity for better feel when smashing the pedals. Along with the custom tapered chainstays, these subtle features set the Turner Ti ahead of the pack when it comes to ride tuning.

DESIGNED IN THE USA

Every aspect of this Turner Ti frame is designed and engineered in the USA. From the gorgeous CNC tapered head tubes to the proprietary dropouts, we have designed every aspect of the frame.

As you probably figured out from the great price and long list of standard features, this frame is imported.  What drew us to this factory was their ability to taper and create butted titanium tubing, and their massive CNC capabilities allowing us to create exactly what we wanted with out cookie cutter head tubes, bottom brackets and dropouts. Even our chainstay bridge is CNC out of billet to be super thin and not create a mud shelf!

T47 BB

‘T’ stands for threaded! Due to popular demand threads are back, and the new T47 offers bigger bearings & longer service life than older threaded standards. It will easily fit the larger and 30mm aluminum spindle creating a stiffer crank assembly, which is up to 18% lighter than the traditional steel spindle system.
