Single Speed optimized, but not SS exclusive!  Yes, it has an awesome slider with 25mm of fore/aft travel to run your single speed addiction in practical style. But the slider is compatible with any Universal Derailleur Hanger or T-type rear derailleur so you can convert any time you need to start shifting.  For the style obsessed, we ship it with a custom machined UDH without the derailleur 'hanger' tab, which looks super clean for those of us with SS OCD. 

The GILA was designed to be a SS PR machine. With a little longer top tube you can use one stem length shorter than you would on the Nitrous.. Why is that important? Because of the amount of standing we all do on a SS, having a shorter stem will keep the steering light when torquing on the handlebar.  The seat angle is also a bit steeper which makes getting out of the saddle easier when trying to keep on top of the gear.

CUSTOM SHAPED TITANIUM TUBESET

Subtle shaping at the lower end of the Down Tube to the spread load over the BB shell and a dramatically flared Seat Tube both increase lateral rigidity for better feel when smashing the pedals. Along with the custom tapered chainstays, these subtle features set the Turner Ti ahead of the pack when it comes to ride tuning.

DESIGNED IN THE USA

 

Every aspect of this Turner Ti frame is designed and engineered in the USA. From the gorgeous CNC tapered head tubes to the proprietary slider dropouts, we have designed every aspect of the frame.

As you probably figured out from the great price and long list of standard features, this frame is imported. We found this factory when we were producing the carbon Flux frames years ago. Soon after we started developing the first Ti Cyclosys with them. Our frames are not the first or the only Ti bicycle frames they build, as they are a factory long known for building world-class titanium mountain and road frames. What drew us to this factory was their ability to taper and create butted titanium tubing, and their massive CNC capabilities allowing us to create exactly what we wanted with out cookie cutter head tubes, bottom brackets and dropouts. Even our chainstay bridge is CNC out of billet to be super thin and not create a mud shelf! 

T47 BB

‘T’ stands for threaded! Due to popular demand threads are back, and the new T47 offers bigger bearings & longer service life than older threaded standards. It will easily fit the larger and 30mm aluminum spindle creating a stiffer crank assembly, which is up to 18% lighter than the traditional steel spindle system.


Lifetime Warranty 

Proof of purchase is required, so save your original receipt to show model, serial # and date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to damage that is the result of abuse, improper assembly, poor maintenance, alteration or use other than intended. The costs of disassembly, shipping, reassembly or repair of any attached components are not covered by this warranty and are the responsibility of the original owner.

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty is offered only to the original owner, and is not transferable. Turner Bicycles Inc is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Proof of purchase is required, so save your original receipt to show model, serial # and date of purchase. 


Turner Bikes crash replacement program 

Sometimes accidents happen and you may need to replace a non-warranty damaged frame. We know how much you love your Turner Bike and understand the burden of having to replace a non-warranty damaged bike frame or part, Turner Bikes will make replacement parts available at a minimum charge to the original owner. Turner Bikes does this at its sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse this offer.


Our customer service rocks and our bikes ride like no other, but in the end, we want it to fit you.  If you cannot get comfortable on your new Turner Bike within 5 days of receiving it, give us a call and we will work out a solution, you may only need a different stem, or length of seat post. If that won't work, a different size frame can be swapped out.

Gila is really the GOAT!

I’m really loving this frame, it was easy to buildup, I transferred most of my parts except the seat post, it was smaller (210 mm dropper) and the headset was a different size and the bottom bracket. Internal routing was a breeze. The welds are stunning. I went with the large although i’m 5.10” I’m glad I did. As soon as I hit the dirt I felt comfortable on the bike. It rides friggen awesome!, climbs and tackles tech with aplomb, rails down tech holds swooping corners fast and drama free. If you’re looking for a Single Speed bike or frame in Ti this one is among the rare special frames at a reasonable price, it feels like you ordered a custom frame. Dave Turner knows how to design and build great bikes.

The perfect Trail Singlespeed

First off, this is a beautiful frame. Great details, perfect welds.
For me, the Geometry is perfect. Not a slacked out "hardcore hardtail", not a steep XC bike. Perfect for the long rides with mixed technical terrain that I love.

After a few rides I am even more smitten. Smooth and fast and very capable. I set mine up with a belt drive and the combo of titanium and belt drive are so smooth and quiet. The handling is so spot on that I felt immediately comfortable and confident on this bike.

Five stars, and everything I was looking for!
