CUSTOM SHAPED TITANIUM TUBESET

Subtle shaping at the lower end of the Down Tube to the spread load over the BB shell and a dramatically flared Seat Tube both increase lateral rigidity for better feel when smashing the pedals. Along with the custom tapered chainstays, these subtle features set the Turner Ti ahead of the pack when it comes to ride tuning.
DESIGNED IN THE USA

Every aspect of this Turner Ti frame is designed and engineered in the USA. From the gorgeous CNC tapered head tubes to the proprietary slider dropouts, we have designed every aspect of the frame.
As you probably figured out from the great price and long list of standard features, this frame is imported. We found this factory when we were producing the carbon Flux frames years ago. Soon after we started developing the first Ti Cyclosys with them. Our frames are not the first or the only Ti bicycle frames they build, as they are a factory long known for building world-class titanium mountain and road frames. What drew us to this factory was their ability to taper and create butted titanium tubing, and their massive CNC capabilities allowing us to create exactly what we wanted with out cookie cutter head tubes, bottom brackets and dropouts. Even our chainstay bridge is CNC out of billet to be super thin and not create a mud shelf!
T47 BB

‘T’ stands for threaded! Due to popular demand threads are back, and the new T47 offers bigger bearings & longer service life than older threaded standards. It will easily fit the larger and 30mm aluminum spindle creating a stiffer crank assembly, which is up to 18% lighter than the traditional steel spindle system.

Gila
My Gila was built up in early January 2026, but it’s been snowy here in the Northeast (NJ/NY area) the last couple of months, so I haven’t been able to get a real trail ride in until recently.
I am 5’7” tall, 140 lbs dressed, with a long torso and arms, so I purchased the size medium—like all my bikes.
The 460 mm reach on the medium seemed quite long compared to the ~440mm on my other bikes, but I figured it would be fine due to all the standing I usually do.
I purchased the optional titanium bars (cut to 760 mm by Turner), bottom bracket, and headset.
The frame was built geared with all SRAM components along with Zipp 1ZERO HITOP SW 30mm ID carbon wheels and 120 mm Rockshox fork. All these components came off my 2025 carbon Spot Rocker to allow me to do a good comparison, hoping for more comfort.
In comparison to my Spot Rocker (with all the same parts swapped over), the difference in comfort was minor but a bit more noticeable when I rode with speed—although not as much as I was expecting.
I recently rode a friend's Nitrous, which had aluminum wheels, and the bike absorbed bumps with amazing comfort. I was hoping the Gila would be similar—I can only assume it wasn’t due to my carbon wheels?
I find the extremely long front center of 764mm takes a conscious effort to manage on the steep technical terrain in my area.
I don’t feel any more comfort with the titanium bars, but I’m still happy to have them.
The bottom bracket is not flexy at all—unlike what I thought it would be.
Overall, I’m really enjoying how this bike rides — it has a noticeably different feel from my other bikes due to long front center, and I’m glad I got it.
FYI- first rides chainstays were set to 430 mm, then move to 425 mm but changed to 435 mm to see which rides better- still deciding.
As part of the aforementioned, I jumped into the deep end with a Gila. No regrets, (hard tail single speed riding at its finest)
The geometry is spot on and the attention to detail is on par with any boutique frame.
Turner Bikes is second to none in customer service. Many thanks DT!
LOVE this bike. We have two in the family actually because after building one up for the wife and spinning it once around the block I knew I had to have one for myself. Let me just say this, getting one of the Gila's down out of the garage gives me this pit-of-the-stomach feeling no other bike in my quiver does. They're so pure and unadulterated, just "racecars"...I don't know how else to describe it. The geo, the fit, the small details Turner is famous for, takes everything I love about a single speed hardtail and does it right, to say nothing of the epic value, it all adds up to making my favorite rides even better. I also home anodized mine along with some ti Turner bars, cranks, stem, bolts, bottle cage.
So far so good. Was looking for a high quality titanium single speed. Only have 30 miles on it but so far it’s what I am looking for and comfortable. Size large and I am 5’10”
