great customer service

items shipped quickly and was received without incident. The bushings were easily replaced on my 2012 Burner but I realized I needed the entire DW Link replacement kit (not just bushings) which luckily was also available. Dave Turner stands behind his bikes and supports even 10 year old bikes (find me a mass produced manufacturer that does that!)

Habe die Teile bestellt und die Lieferung funktionierte einwandfrei. Zum Einbauen bin ich noch nicht gekommen und kann deshalb die Teile selbst (noch) nicht bewerten

Parts

I bought two complete kits. In general, most of the bushings are the wrong size. Just noticed that one of the kits has 12 bushings and the other only has 8. Unless I am reading the description wrong, there should be 14 bushings?

Bushings for the DW Link on my 2013 burner

Hi the service I have received from you has been good. However UPS have been pretty poor. I never received a request from them to pay the duty. It’s only once you contacted me I was able to then contact them and pay the duty. It then turns out that the parcel had been returned to Owen sound and was not scheduled for delivery. I managed to finally talk to someone at UPS who confirmed that I had paid the duty and have now rescheduled the delivery for tomorrow. So in all the problem lies with them. My previous experience of UPS was not good either. I purchased a bike in the UK and UPS were the shippers. It was only due to the fact that the bike had been so well packed that it arrived in one piece. There were large holes punched into and through the box by the handlers and when I asked the driver how this had happened, he basically shrugged his shoulders and said it’s nothing to do wit him.
