DeWulf Ti cruiser Frame
DeWulf Ti cruiser Frame
DeWulf
Why was the DeWulf created? Because long time Turner team captain Greg Wulf always wanted a modern mountain bike that looked like a 'retro cruiser', i.e., modern geometry with longer lower slacker stance with all the gorgeous curves associated with a classic cruiser. For those that want a single speed, the totally custom slider dropouts are engineered to provide 25mm of travel, allowing for a quick cog changes without messing with the chain length. Check out the beautifully engineered 3D printed lower yoke with integrated bridge and cable guides.
So, is the DeWulf the pinnacle of design elegance and flare, ready to light up peoples faces wherever it goes? Or is it a totally capable trail bike ready to rip thru the woods ducking branches and carving up the spaces between the trees. I would say yes, it, is.

CUSTOM SHAPED TITANIUM TUBESET
Subtle shaping on almost every tube creates an increase in lateral rigidity for better feel when smashing the pedals. Careful choices during the design phase create a classic cruiser that looks fast standing still !
DESIGNED IN THE USA
Every aspect of the Turner Ti frames are designed and engineered in the USA. From the gorgeous CNC tapered head tubes to the proprietary slider dropouts, we have designed every aspect of the frame.
For parts like the chain stay yoke around the rear tire we are now using 3D printing to increase stiffness and maintain the massive tire clearance Turner Bikes have always been known for. As you probably figured out from the great price and long list of standard features, this frame is imported. We have been using this factory for over 5 years and it is one of the best suppliers Turner Bikes has worked with in 30 years. What drew us to this factory was their ability to taper and create single and double butted titanium tubing. Their massive CNC capabilities allowing us to create exactly what we wanted without resorting to cookie cutter head tubes, bottom brackets and dropouts like so many so called custom bikes.
T47 BB
‘T’ stands for threaded! Due to popular demand threads are back, and the new T47 offers bigger bearings & longer service life than older threaded standards. It will easily fit the larger 30mm aluminum spindle creating a lighter/stiffer crank assembly, which is up to 18% lighter than the traditional steel spindle system.
Slider dropouts
A stylish bike with slider dropouts is not unique. But these dropouts are totally unique! Engineered so the 'stays encompass the slider structure as much as possible, and a semi boxed slider structure for maximum resistance to twisting. Everything was done to make sure there was no movement that could lead to noise when really smashing the pedals.

Don’t let the classic good looks fool you. DT has done it again! The DeWulf is trail machine and singletrack beast. Tight and twisty? No problem here. Fast and flowing? SAME! For me this is the best riding hardtail I’ve ever thrown a leg over. Not to XCish and not to trail focused as in not to LS. But if I had to put this bike into a category (XC, trail etc) I’d simply say it’s a mountain bike!
